1. Order and Payment

1.1. By ordering an Ebook via the Seller's website, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The price of the Ebook is listed on Seller's website and includes applicable taxes.

1.3. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the Seller's website.

2. Delivery

2.1. Upon receipt of payment, the Seller will make the Ebook available for download on the website or via a designated download link.

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for downloading and saving the Ebook on his/her own device.

3. Ownership and Use Rights

3.1. The Ebook and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the Seller.

3.2. Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store and read the Ebook for personal use.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no returns will be accepted unless there is a technical defect in the Ebook.

4.2. In the event of a technical defect, the Buyer must contact the Seller's customer service within 7 days of purchase for a possible refund.

5. Warranty

5.1. The Seller guarantees that the Ebook complies with the description on the website and that it is free from technical defects at the time of purchase.

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Ebook.

7. Privacy

7.1. Seller will treat Buyer's personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

8. Governing Law and Disputes
